HAVE YOU ADOPTED COVID CASUAL DURING THE PANDEMIC?

Recently a client called me frustrated, 

"It's still a business meeting," she said, "Why are they wearing pajamas?"

Many things have changed due to COVID19, dress code doesn't have to be one of them. You can still insist on the regular dress code while working from home. (At least when someone is attending a zoom meeting)

However; if you want to make temporary changes, you can adopt a "Covid Casual" dress code while working from home.

Questions to consider:

• Do you want to have a more casual dress code at this time?

• What will your customer expect when they see your staff?

• Do you allow denim, T-shirts, collarless shirts, fleece, lounge, or athletic wear?

Setting clear expectations ensures consistency in customer experience and re-enforces your brand.
