About the owner…

Tami Parker is a people centered and strategically minded HR leader who blends compassion, clarity, and decisive action. With more than 30 years of experience in corporate HR and nearly a decade leading UNIcycle Business Consulting, she brings a rare ability to support both people and business outcomes at the same time. Her work is grounded in the belief that small businesses deserve the same level of HR expertise, professionalism, and care that large organizations receive, delivered in a way that is personal, responsive, and easy to understand.

Tami is known for her warm but direct communication style. She builds trust quickly, delivers difficult information with empathy, and helps teams feel supported even in moments of change or stress. She has a talent for translating complex HR issues into clear next steps, cutting through confusion, and getting to the heart of what needs to happen.
